We agree to replace any defective merchandise during the 90-day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in the original packaging will be replaced as received.
A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a company credit is requested. No cash refunds will be issued.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem and the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
